Shipping
How long does it take for my order to be packed & shipped?
I strive to get out your orders as fast as possible, however I am still human. But I always get orders out in 1-3 business days. Please refrain from messaging about shipping status until the 1-3 business days has passed.

Everywhere! U.S., Canada, & International
How long does shipping take?
Unfortunately, once your box is dropped off at the carrier we have no control of their delivery speed. However, on average it takes less than a week to arrive at your door.
How do I track my order?
Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. This will allow you to track your order.
Returns
How do I return an item?
If you are not 100% happy with your box please reach out to us via our contact page. We will provide you with a return label and once we receive your box we will provide either a full or partial refund, or send you a brand new box.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive the returned box your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once your refund is sent we are not responsible for how long your financial institution or credit card company takes to process your refund.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Of course! If you are not 100% happy with your box please reach out to us via our contact page. We will provide you with a shipping label and once we receive the box with all items unused, we will send out the new box to you.

How do you give back to your community?
Throughout the year we donate to various organizations. Currently we donate 10% of our self care box sales to The Jed Foundation, and a few other specific organizations for our themed boxes. To learn more about The Jed Foundation click here
Where do you source the items in your boxes from?
We work exclusively with small & local businesses to fill our self care boxes.
